In all fairness big guys take a bit longer to develop.

Took Charlie Coyle until 23 to score 20 goals in a season. Blake Wheeler really hit his stride when he was 25 with the Jets.

Not saying McCarron will be as good as either of those guys, but some more patience with him wouldn't be a bad thing. I'm sure the next two years he finds his way into a third line RW role. Not terrible for a 25th pick.

i see him topping out at Brian Boyle. which is not too bad. but i would hope he plays his role physically and imposing. that would be nice. just don't see the skill for much more than that.
