Canucks have only picked 3 players in the draft (Bure & the twins) everyone else we took we settled for, eg. Minnesota picked Modano and we settled for Linden etc.

Perreault settled for Tallon

During the time out to attend to the injured preds player, Jim Hughson asked the question how will the oilers deal with Kesler and Bieksa. Like they were the only weapons the ducks have. Bieksa's having a good playoffs but he's no real threat. Those young oilers should be able to skate right past Bieksa.

Beiksa still has legs.

To be honest Bure wasn't drafted... he was smuggled.

I would go

Patrick
Glass
Nico
Mittlstadt
Vilardi

- VANTEL

i just don't have a good feeling about Mittlstadt , he seems like the one prospect who could be a bust or a star , but his hometown love makes me wonder if an extra yr in college is enough to stop him from going to Minnesota at first chance. for this reason alone i would look at Necas or a D in placemof

Jim Hughson wasn't talking legs. He mentioned Bieksa and Kesler numerous times as if they were the difference-makers. It caught my attention because the praise seemed misplaced.

Kesler is in the face-off and he has had a Selke like season. He is a difference maker.

Bieksa well your right. Still a great depth player.

Kesler OK, but Bieksa is playing over 19 minutes a game in these playoffs. That seems like a lot for a depth player. He's an enigma.

It's likely 3 extra years in college not one. Depending on how he progresses. First round picks sign with their Draft team. Wheeler is the only exception I can think of and he was not nearly as highly regarded

It must have been a (frank)-up because the last time I checked Kesler and Bieksa don't play for the leafs.

Telus is super fun for about a month, then your TV will routinely lose signal (its usually around 6PM every day for me) and internet service is spotty unless you upgrade.

Cant stand Telus but the other options are just as bad
