Drafting Scherbak at the time made tons of sense. He was the forward with the most upside available. Would have been drafted sooner if people weren't scared he was going back to Russia.

Hopefully he keeps on improving.

My dad's a Habs fan. He walked in the door to watch the game about 2 minutes before that happened. As soon as he saw that he just scoffed, said "What a (frank)ing piece of poop." and turned the TV off.
