What is the cost of extracting Middle eastern Oil, shipping it to Canada from half way around the world at a rate of over 800K barrels a day, to supply the Maritimes, Quebec and Eastern Ontario?

Because we pay the "World Price" for imported oil, but we sell our Oil to the USA (our only customer) at a discount because we have no other customers to sell it too........... IF we were able to get our Oil to Tide Water, then we could charge the "World Price" to all customers, including the Americans who now enjoy about a 35% discount for being our sole customer.
