While exaggerated, that's pretty much how we feel these days.

The problem is that the Habs are good... but not good enough. It makes decisions more difficult and rebuilding more difficult.

C'mon, jersey's aren't the thing that they strap on in the Habs dressing room.

extend his current contract by 2 years for same term.

If they could, I think they should.

I think it's more that the Habs appear better than they are because they have the best goalie in the world to bail them out; it allows other cracks in the team to be glossed over rather than repaired correctly.

When asked if William Nylander will play at centre next year, Mike Babcock said 'no.'

Polak says he'll be fine in time for next season.

Polak said he immediately told the trainer "it's broken" when he was on the ice. "I felt it crack."

There is no question Price clouds the judgement of people assessing the team. Without him they are closer to the bottom of the league than they are 100+ points. We saw what happened last year. It is tough to ignore that.

Next time the big bumbling bear will just launch himself through Orprik instead of trying to avoid. At 240lbs...he probably could have ended Orpriks career instead of almost the other way around.

I would re-sign him for a year for a couple of mill. Good depth defenceman and good team guy.

The challenge is with Price's contract, Plekanec's contract, Shea Webber's contract and needing to re-sign Radulov, it will be hard to fit good players into that team due to cap reasons.

I don't mind him....he looked like a train wreck for a little while when he had the puck but then all of a sudden he started being a little more patient at 50-60 game mark.

McDavid was -24 in his first year with Erie.

With this in mind, can we please stop using +/- when trying to have a reasonable hockey debate?

I would rather try and sign him to a pto first to major sure he could even play. Whether or not he would do that is another question.

Like to see him be the shooter on another line...I want Matthews to be the guy on that line.
