Yeah, I agree with that. All you can do is post top 5 lists at this point.
- Nucker101

Truth be told, I want Nico. Aside from that, i'm not going to make a list, I'll go with JB's.

Preds over blues in 5
Oilers over Ducks in 7
Sens over Rangers in 6
Pens over caps in 5

If my picks are as good in the second round as they were in the first round............ these are pretty much horribly wrong aswell.

he'd be a safe pick, not too exciting though
- Nucker101

O-line picks are never exciting, but if he's there he's probably the right pick for them.

I find the NFL draft far more interesting.

Damm straight it is, lots of trades, surprises. 5pm Thursday baby, the lotto is #2 on my list, so is the draft. If we luck out and pick top 2, bonus.

Even for o-line, I don't think he has pro-bowl potential. Dion Dawkins has that kind of potential, perennial pro bowl upside imo.

the whole bet/argument is about where he's getting drafted, is it not?

Man, you should post here more often, you'd fit in just fine.

- Nucker101

I guess part of my arguement was although Heiskanen is pretty damn good; he won't be cracking the top ten. Because he's not that good.

Hah so the Dubios argument works in that case.

I'm still open to this bet. Just don't think his frame and skill set are enough to get a team to spend that.

And I probably will. The draft is my favorite part of the year. And it's funner to talk about the top ten than Calgary's poopty 16th-17th pick

Russell Wilson would disagree. Look for OL or CB.

Either way, he's going a hell of a lot closer to the top 10 than the 2nd round

Dawkins if you want a potential stud guard. Garrett Bolles if you want a nice OT.

for CB, I'd target King, but I hope the Eagles grab him and the John Ross/Dalvin Cooks rumours are just BS

You better hope Benning walks to the podium with his draft list and not his grocery list.

In the NFL, the lists can look pretty similar.

Taco Charlton is projected to go in the 1st round

Both excellent options. Look for the trade down.

He has pro-bowl guard potential I think but not as a tackle. It doesn't really matter though, their biggest need is o-line followed by DE and CB.

Wilson is to valuable not to protect.

CB wouldn't surprise me, nor would DE.

RW is his own worst enemy. If they want to make our current OL look lightyears better, maybe don't allow the QB to take the longest time to throw per drop back every year. Mirroring the most athletic dudes in pro sports isn't possible for 3+ seconds... They're going to get past any OL in 2.

True, but isn't that part of why he's so dangerous? He buys time for his WR's as well or opens up running lanes for himself.

Yup, just also why our OL is underrated. Ppl think RW is running for his life, but he's really scrambling to let Bevell's playcalls develop.

Meh, Big Ben and Rodgers do that poop too and their O-lines aren't considered to be problems.

Seattle spends the least on it's O-line probably in the entire league, and it shows.
