This only makes sense if he were to possess extensive hockey knowledge to begin with. Ek doesn't watch Western conference hockey. Hence his going 0 for 4 on his first round predictions. Heck he even predicted Anaheim to beat Calgary in round 2.

I know Im late to the party but Ek you went 0/4 in your west predictions and 3/4 in your east. It took me 20 seconds to look up your predictions.

The predictions for the last few weeks of the season were hilariously bad.

I only followed a couple of teams - off the top of my head, the Leafs had something like 75 points when he started, and predicted 81 I believe. Basically almost every game the played it jumped by 2 points, and they were continually predicted to lose almost all of the rest of their games, when they won 70% of them.
