Ok maybe weight will be different on this, doubtful but unlike cappy he played ho sang immediately and in the right role

Weight may be different but the controlling aspect of our insecure manager will not be. That won't change until he's gone of course. I like Weight, like his passion for the game, etc but he made some very Capuanoish moves along the way. Lets also not forget this teams nose dive when it really mattered when they actually had control of their fate which was ultimately their undoing. Weight playing Josh Ho Sang (who btw kind of vanished himself which no one points out at the end there) does not make him a great coach candidate.
I appreciate him doing something different than Capuano (and let's be honest Snow for that matter bcs we know he's the controlling factor) but that's about it. With all of the excellent coaching candidates available this guy should no way in (frank) be our coach. Shat I wouldn't even have kept him as an assistant with his (frank)ing abysmal never changing PP for the last how many years?
