That is strange.

We must have had what? Close to 10 OT games throughout the NHL in this round? Pretty crazy.

- Giroux_Is_God

17 of the 42 games went to OT

We're back into a bit of a dead puck era, so I imagine we'll continue to see more OT games than normal

Good Boston is done. Go Senators. Hope Washington can beat pens. Kind of rooting for Nashville in the west.
I seriously consider starting Hart on Wednesday for Phantoms. If he has a good start might get into Hershey's heads.
Question is if Hart and the rest of the phantoms are ready for some new guy to start in net. Interesting dilemma.

Chicago and Boston out. Fabulous. Now all we need is for ottawa and Washington to beat the remaining douchebags.

That's almost 80% of the games going into OT

I would start him because he hs had big game experience with the World juniors and carrying the load with Everett.

To me Oulette is a swing ECHL/AHL goalie. I would go with talent and let Hart start.

IMO, it's a no brainer. Oulette is not in our future plans and Hart had a great season. Why not reward the kid with a pro start?

Seriously, they have nothing to lose. The kid has a huge upside. And if he falters its one game and get em next year.

The Phantoms got a few days practice to get used to the kid. Throw him in and hope the Bears can't solve him.

If the kid loses he learns what he needs to work on at Everett next season

The job of the coach is to win games. If Gordon feels Oulette gives them the best chance to win tonight, he should start.

Check the emblem in the locker room boys. We play the game the right way.

Question, why is Oulette not in the Flyer's future?

I don't know anything about him, is he not panning out? Maybe he is a late bloomer.

Well, he was a former first round pick by them, but he hasn't played pro hockey in 9 years. I think he was part of the Oates trade.

I always was shocked that kid didn't make it I mean he was the next Patrick Roy when he was drafted.
