Holtby in his career has not been able to make that crucial save to steal or win the big game is all im saying. Soft rebound on goal 2 and yes it was Orpik's ultimate fault on the gwg but you either make the game winning saves or you don't and Holtby has not in the Playoffs so far in his career. Agreed on the Pens team speed but if the Zebras let the WWE rules continue maybe the Caps can obstruct their way to a 7 game series win. I'm just saying Holtby needs to be better or it won't even get to 6 games

I look at the Caps the same way I do the Minnesota Wild. Really good in the regular season, lots of talent but can't win when it means something in a playoff series. Blame it on Holtby, blame it on the defence, whatever, they just don't win as a team when the opportunity is there.

Conversely, the Pens just know how to win when it counts. They learned something during those years when they played stupid and got knocked out in the first round. Let's hope the Hawks learn the same lesson.

Name one NHL franchise with worse defensive prospects than the Hawks? If not the worst then one of the 3 worst. Even if one of the off the radar euros turns into a hidden gem.... results of the last 5 years say they better get very serious about a revamp of draft and development strategy at that position. And that does take into account their draft position.

Almost the whole team included in the exit interviews posted on Blackhawks site. Core is definitely worth watching, along with the full StanBo and Q interviews.

Little tidbit: Keith says he didn't skip World Cup b/c of knee and that it felt better and better as the year went along.

They have the best 2 forwards in the game in Crosby and Malkin, a great coach and a sniper who actually snipes (unlike #72). What's not to like about the Pens - they play exciting hockey.

I would have rather they taken Watson, if they were going to take a QB. They really should have picked Adams from LSU. I would have been ok with them dropping down to get extra picks, since this draft was pretty deep.
