every team in the league has to approve of him coming back or he has to go back to Jersey.. something along those lines. He cant just sign where ever. I doubt a B level prospect gets him out of Jersey, lots of team would want him

And like I said...I'd have to read over the rule but I'm pretty positive once he turns 35 he can go to whatever team he wants without having to go though the team acceptance thing
