Homesick is the easiest summation because it encompasses all of the issues that have been reported. Not every case is exactly the same but isolation/not fitting in increases loneliness and longing for your comfort zone. In this case, struggles with coaching, room rifts, communication struggles, etc. all contributed to a situation that pushed his boundaries further than he was comfortable. I am sure with a new wife he will adjust to a more independent life back home and be more prepared for an NHL return, should he want to

We need a Brendan Gallagher, hardworking, gritty, agitatinng guy that possibily scores 20goals a yr. Here's hoping maybe Lockwood turns into that type of player.
