Elliott confirmed for tonight also. Hopefully he can bounce back. Good to see Freddie and major lazer get a shot. Unfortunately at the expense of stajan though, and (frank) bouma.

Makes sense, if we are going to win it will be with Elliott. He will have a little extra incentive, a new contract. He needs to be rock solid tonight & win & then go to Anaheim for game 5 & literally steal us a win & break that fcking curse. He does that, his chances on a new contract go up astronomically. It's on him now. The team has been playing well enough that he does control his destiny.

If we can win tonight, break the curse in Anaheim, get some momentum going into game 6 and win......then Anaheim has the game 7 curse.

I have to say I am not hopeful. But it will be a cold day in hell before I say we don't have a chance.

If we loose tonight however our chances of winning the series decrease.

it's funny, I've said for months, just getting to the dance was enough of a step forward for the oilers. But I certainly didn't think they had any real shot at the cup. And I'll assume most flames fans thought the same of their squad....?
But then you get here and that's forgotten and as you said- anything can happen.

Just sayin that your series and the game last night for us was probably abit of a reality check. BOth got bright futures, but we ain't quite "there" yet.

And it wasn't meant as a troll bud. I was just thinkin that your tending situation is probably gonna be sorted out with a quality piece. That's gotta be encouraging with the names that are available.
