As for this specific scene, Jordan Belford, the character behind Burns face, calls people and lures them into buying stocks that are terrible, but have 50/50 margins (good for Jordan). Here he is displaying how to sucker people into getting them to fall for his traps to his employees. The movement of his arms represents lubricating and screwing over his customers, metaphorically.

The similar case applies to Burns and Edmonton. He is simply dominating this game and screwing Edmonton over.

I'm a realist. Since the beginning of the series, I've been saying Burns and SJ will beat Edmonton by G6 IF the rat and Jumbo are back in by G2 or G3 (early enough). SJ has the better defensive structure (overall, thus including forwards where SJ has great two way players such as Jumbo, the rat, and Pavelski to name a few) in comparison to Edmonton.

I would LOVE to be proven wrong, but I must conform with reason, not illusions.

This playoff run is gonna be a great one in terms of a learning experience, but that's about it.
