from what they say the Nux are trying to draft guys with good character. Horvat and Boeser, definitely fit the profile...

Horvat and Boeser both seem like good young players. I just think character shouldn't be emphasized as the main requirement for drafting players at the expense of other attributes like skill.

When I hear someone talk about drafting for character it reminds me of Burke talking about that. He apparently was all about size, truculence, and character. "you can't teach size!" Pretty sure he said the same about character. Somehow though, he was going to draft on those traits and then teach his players other necessary qualities like skill and natural athleticism.

Not taking away from Horvat or Boeser, as they seem to have the skill too.

How about the Granlund for Shinkaruk trade? Or Baertschi for a 2nd?
