I don't think either goalie has been particularly terrific.
Game 1 overtime winner on Anderson was terrible
Game 2 Holtby just OK
Game 3 Kuznetsov's goal was weak although Anderson was solid in the 5 on 3.
So good but not great goaltending so far IMO by both teams.

- Rang

Andersen was terrific in game 2. He was terrific in game 1 until OT. Last night, he made terrific key saves when needed. He's been terrific.

i had my habs jersey on at an airport in D.C. and some random stranger off a toronto flight just feels like he's entitled to come up to me and start booing... who does that??

what kind of people feel entitled to harass people like that? never said anything to the guy and me and another Habs fan (who didn't have a jersey on) just kept talking.

that's the kind of behaviour that makes people, like me who live in Toronto, want to cheer for the Habs or (insert non-Toronto team name here)...

He should try coming to Montreal in a Leafs jersey. Completely different experience. Instead of booing they say things like 'Hey leafs (frank) you' and throw empty beer bottles at you.

But that's just my experience I guess.

YEAH! Don't even mention the cup of dip spit I planted on Peel's face from the balcony! Then, repelled down all rambo like, took Karlsson's stick and beat the poop out of Ryan. Then just sat their ripping a dart and BPD all were like, sir, you're free to go.

Too be totally honest, I was definitely embarrassed by how much poop was thrown on the ice and how the away tunnel/bench was treated. It was just a terribly officiated game, but what the hell is that going to do?

It looked like at one point they were thinking of challenging the play too as no one left the bruins bench. what would've happened if they reversed it? couldn't they have called a 2 minute delay of game on the fans?

I just sat there and was like well, I'm waiting this out here while all the goons exit, hit the proshop and walked the f home. Then got half way home and it started pouring.

Worst two experiences I've heard of from people I know are Habs fans that went to Philly and Leafs fans who went to Boston.

I once saw a guy wearing a Spartak Moskva jersey get dragged out of his car and pummeled in the streets by a group of guys wearing Lokomotiv Moskva jerseys in St. Petersburg.

It doesn't get talked about because the Leafs were irrelevant I guess but... every time I've been to a game in Buffalo the Leafs lose and Leaf fans rain beer cans onto the ice. Every. Single. Time.

Shots were 51-50. How can anyone say 1 goalie stole the game over the other??

Typical anywhere in Europe at any time wearing any football jersey and running into the wrong football jersey wearing humans.

I was looking up football fixtures that I might have been able to attend while I was in the UK. Every one I looked up that I could've attended I googled "what colours not to wear to a 'x team' game"

I hate when people throw poop on the ice.

Boo. Yell. Whatever.

But don't throw crap on the ice. It's dangerous.

And I also hate when people bang on the glass and yell at players. Sit down and shut up. You aren't part of the game - you are a spectator.

My brother in law took me to a Millwall game.

There was about a half-hour briefing before we got there.

I got a good laugh from a FB post today. I have lot of cousins in Winnipeg. The one who posted was a Sens fans until his Jets came back. He linked the article to the garbage throwing and stick grabbing with a line "really Boston fans?"

His buddy comments "This was brutal! I mean, I once stole a helmet from a player and my girlfriend dumped a beer on him but this is disgraceful!!"

Players obviously need their sleep after these hard overtime games.
But I also know how hard it is to wind down for some guys after they are so pumped after a close win or loss.
Are players allowed to take sleeping pills after a game and I wonder if they do?
