One of the biggest things for the Leafs from this game- they're learning the value of throwing their bodies around. All season they've been guilty of not finishing their checks... but here, pretty much each goal came after a flurry of hits. |

Gerbe the Leafs have a great future no doubt. But they lucked into the playoffs by one point with one of the healthiest rosters in the league and all their rookies hit home runs that's very, very rare. If stupid Tampa could've stayed healthy we wouldn't be having this convo because Toronto would be golfing right now. They definitely lucked into playing Washington who if it wasn't for the Buffalo Bills would be the biggest choke artists in the playoffs.
