Agree, replays are for the most part bullsh!t. (frank)ing Capitals were whining all night about the officiating. The abuse that Hyman and Matthews took in front of the net if they came within 5 feet of Holtby was ridiculous. Did you see that little troll of a coach giving to the ref after the first period was over. Hope Leafs beat the sh!t out of the Caps.

I hate after every whistle the leafs let Ovie drift in and get close enough to kiss Andersen but the Leafs get mugged within 10 feet of Holtby.

I hope we (frank)ing beat them in 5 or 6 gonna be some long tough games with Z and Polak out.

Every game and series is going to go though shat calls! But it's unfortunate that the best league and game in the world can't get better results! The human factor has to be better!

Gardiner is playing like a top pairing dman in this series. The amount of times people pick on his turnovers.....cherry could have gone a good 10 minutes with highlights of him making the right play. The difference is when Carlson, orlov and shattenkirk cough the puck up the way gardiner does...we all sit there and say great play by the leafs forward whether it's matthews...boyle...kapanen. ..marner or whoever. Time to accept the fact that this year gardiner has been tremendous.

And kapanen is a real treat to watch. Love his speed and his ability to control the play. That kessel deal has turned into something fantastic....#1 goalie and a potential top 6 forward for sure. Andy has been fn great matching up against one of the best goalies in the game.

If they ever got to a cup finals, they'd be the most expensive seats in pro sports history! And if they (win)lol the cup it would be the greatest celebrations in history also, bigger than the Cubs!

I expected Pittsburgh to struggle without Letang, which could open the door for Chicago and the Caps. It's not happening so far, haha.

Anyway, good for you guys. Too bad we can't watch Mtl vs Toronto. But, we never know later on.

I still think gardiner has some brain dead moments, but you're right, he played a helluva game last night.
Andie wasn't part of the Kessler deal, sure we use the 1st along with other pieces to get him. But he wasn't part of the deal.
Kap had a great game last night. He's been great on that 4th line.
Can't wait for game 3

Toronto has played great and I believe when Babs says they will get better as they go along..does anyone think that doubt is creeping into the Caps dressing room? I often wonder how long it takes for a club to start getting tight..are we at that point yet?

That would be awesome! But obviously the leafs the leafs need to get though this ,could it be a Cinderella team?probably not, the season has pretty much been as far as rookie development and playoffs, but man the defenders have surprised so far!

I wouldn't be blowing my load just yet! we've seen this show plenty of times! The Caps will be better also, so just enjoy! This is a development year and win or lose ,as long as they can show complete let's be happy, and hopefully watch a championship team come together

No bullpoop.
I said this team could make a run at the playoffs. There were two or three of us at the time.
Of course I also said I'd be happy with Matthews getting 50-55 pts, which I was happy as hell he blew past that.

Preach.

He doesn't make any more brain dead okay a than any other, and make excellent plays more than most.

yes!! I have been PRO Gardiner and I'm glad to see him get his props. Sure he still makes bonehead plays but he does more good for this team than bad!!
