I don't know if I'd say "massive" because then how do you square that he ended up with more points? I think like everything, both can be true. He had good stretches. He had bad stretches. It's his second season. The most consistent guy was Eichel, and he had his share of not so great games too.

I don't think he's a 4th liner or anything ridiculous , but unless the puck deflected off of him or Eichel set him up in front, Reinhart did very little this year on his own. Maybe once every 5-7 games made a memorable or important play.

Young or not, he improved very little, if at all.

That's not what we (myself who's been hard on him even) expected.

That's fair. But you also have to give him credit for being in the right place at the right time. Maybe he's more of an Andreychuk type player that's not going to make the highlight reel. Certainly we've seen the netfront presence.
