Who cares? Just look at the world case organization Oilers and you can see it doesn't matter if you draft in the top 10 for what 10 or 20 years... it matters who you draft, not where.

There are impact players to be had everywhere...

Arvidsson was also 21 when he was drafted. So, let's compare him to those in the 2011 draft. Makes about as much sense.
