In fact Babcock could just run over Archangel with his pickup truck, just by accident, pulling out of the parking lot. Nobody would even miss him.

I only like the mature huckeybuzz posters. The fanatics...they scare me.

Some people would think we are (frank)ed up for taking hockey so seriously and talking about it on the Buzz everyday.

Different poop for different folks.

I've always said hockey is my one guilty pleasure in life. I'll always be a Leafs fan no matter what.

But also I would say that's a false equivalency... Hockey is a real sport played by real people as a form of entertainment. People from a young age can aspire to grow up to be a hockey player. It helps set goals and brings people/societies together..

Comic books are for people who trying to grab onto something from their happier childhood days. They don't want to accept that their imaginations aren't real. But if it help people from being depressed I'll take that over the alternative. It's a different time now and for whatever reason it's totally acceptable..

Truth be told, it's more about Hollywood finding a way to make you flock to the box office and shell out $$..

I love watching and talking sports. Jays, Raptors, Leafs. Just love it.

For me the Leafs hold a special place in my heart probably just being so invested in this team my whole life. Good times and bad.

I guess the proof is in the pudding, into our chances of winning a playoff round. Our defense has been rancid, the last 4 games, and is now beat up. The Leafs have overachieved and as a longtime Leafs fan, I am proud of them. For the record, I would be very surprised that we would win one game against the Caps. It has been a great building block year for the rookie contingent and we can only look forward to growth from this young core. One other side note, is the career years for some of the veterans on this team. It might be a great time to move a JVR or a Bozak, while they have value and shore up this underachieving defensive corp. I think the Jake Gardiner experiment has run its course and now is the time to move him. This Leafs team cannot progress, without better defense and we don't have anything spectacular coming through the minors, anytime soon. The only three defensemen that should be retained are Rielly, Zeitsev and Polak. Hunwick is too slow, Gardiner is too mistake prone and Carrick is too small to be useful, long term. All in all, it's been a fantastic ride, after a couple of years of tanking. Step 2 needs to now take place and actual hockey trades and free agent acquisitions need to be made. Enjoy the next 10 days of the Leafs season.

Used to pay 1400/month for a large one bedroom in an ancient building near the old Maple Leafs Gardens. Right across from Allen Gardens.

So many meth heads.

And this is why we can't have nice things.

Holy frank, we couldn't get a franking point tonight?

And I blame Gardiner. James Tanner can go frank himself in a rented room.

I agree with this assessment. I find that many of the younger people....have developed an antisocial way of communication. They seem to turn inward and really know very little about the world around them and don't care to know. They grow up in a bubble and never learn to communicate outside of their small circle of friends. It's why we see so many of them not married, or in a relationship, long term. Sure, many are educated and hold down good positions, but just as many don't hold down steady jobs and seem to just shut themselves off from society. Too bad, because the world needs sharp minds, if we ever want to defeat fascism and extremism.
