I would like to see the resurrection of the actual Red Mile. The whole boob show was hilarious. But the weird thing is you can't find many images of that phenomenon anymore.

Folks in the Peace River area feel more related to Alberta than BC. Different attitude up there.

Stone and Weal would be good, but Dwight King is a healthy scratch in MTL half the time, Gagne is as soft as the Sedins, and Del Zotto stalks porn stars lol
- Codes1087

I stand by my list as each one is either an upgrade or brings something we don't have into the lineup IMO. Del Zotto can still be a pp-QB, give him a chance a 2 years 2 mil. I don't really care about the rumors. Ganger would help our powerplay a lot.

theyve been in power for a year
how about conservatives as they ran it all into the ground while the corporations ran roughshod with no regulations making billions and then shutting up shop and laughing to the bank.

- neem55

Two years...and yes the whole conservative arrogance thing was out of hand as well in Alberta. They needed a wakeup call, they're getting it.

If those are the only options then stick with WD. Greens doing a fine job on the farm and he can't do much better than WD with this roster. I love Hitch but he ain't the answer.

If you go young then you need consistency with your coaching staff as players develop.

We don't need upgrades. We need picks & prospects, cap space & no geriatrics.

Following along on the thread, I have to point out why no one has mentioned what WD said last night; after the game on the Sedins.

He said: "we have looked into splitting them up and that is something we will look to do to next season."

Both a welcoming and disturbing statement. Either because he will be here and/or they both will be.

I don't think it can happen anymore ...too many complaints from homeowners living along 17th

I was there for game 6 against Tampa ...even after a loss it was pretty sweet to be at

for once I agree. But not all players come from the draft. signing 24-27 year old players for cheap is part of rebuilding. I know we would never get all of the guys I've mentioned, but one or two of them would be nice. Stone and Gagner are both coast kids too

What gets me is that you have a population that's been making pretty good money for a long time now and paying some of the lowest taxes in Canada but the minute the oil/gas industry has a downturn the province and it's people don't have a dime.

WTF? Where's the savings? Someone must have saved some money. I mean, how many snowmobiles, pickup trucks, and ATVs can people buy?

Bahahahaha...everyone loves to blames the previous gov't for the current gov'ts ineptitude at governing.

Sure agree Stelmach Redford and Prentice were disasters before that killing an easy surplus with ineptitude but the NDP have had well over 18 months to right that ship and have not created one job. Brought in a useless carbon tax to a province that only contributes 0.6% emissions unless you believe the globalists and oil sands scammers and hoax builders. Oh...and 11,000 are out of work in Calgary and over 2000 small businesses shut down due to the NDP's land tax process which went up over 100% for some small businesses.

They've had their shot and its clear they can't govern. Every single province the NDP has governed has been left in shambles for 10-20 years after. And an average of 265,000 people LEFT each Province under NDP rule because of the lack of vision to create jobs.

That's what govt's do when they don't know what they are doing...tax tax tax...people in BC should know that well..

But hey...take the easy road and blame the previous gov't...

Awesome first 30 seconds.

Is it possible to give up a goal in the pregame?

That is literally the only thing worse that could have happened.

Thats just pathetic to think that due to a 4 year period in the 90s have any to say on the NDP in 2017.

Besides... for me the LIberal promises of an LNG economy that was not only good.... but so good would wipe out the deficit in 4 years is worth a fast ferry anyday.

Besides... when the liberals did to a generation of students was criminal....

Besides... the fundraising and donation scandals are pathetic and their explanations even more so....

I would call it being a draftist. Tanking which is not a powerful and effective position as the symbol so mischaracterized with it is something else.

Like doing everything possible, to have as bad as a team as possible, and finish as low as possible. The reward now being, a weighted draw in a lotto, that anyone out of the playoffs can win.

Maybe ask Sask and Manitoba what they think of the NDP as well. It's much more than a 4 year period in the 90's.
