those guys are done. They are in peak condition so nothing more to squeeze out. You can't get your legs more power when age sets in. They didn't have much there to begin with so it's even more noticeable now.

I don't have any indications there is a dressing room issue. But he's not a modest personality. He's good with swagger. Not sure if that was frowned upon. He's playing jittery whiffing on plays. He could play through it with ice time. Just needs some positive shifts. Figuring out playing at the NHL level is a process. Some high hockey IQ and talented players like BB are more shaped to slip into it.
