You would think. But you just wait until the "Ghost is a third pair d-man" conversation..... - MBFlyerfan
Morin gost as a third pairing would have me in tears... of joy.
If tonight recall means anything and Samuelson comments that hagg is ready are also believed. Penciling Morin and hagg into next seasons top 6 makes me downright giddy. |

I am so sick of guys feeling they need to retaliate for clean hits. Gudas' hit on the devil was clean. and if you do need to retaliate at least challenge the player when he is looking. I agree, 4 would have been more appropriate - nastyflyergirl
No you're not. You're just pissed someone did it to your team.
You think every guy on the ice is in perfect position to tell if a hit is clean or not? They don't get a video to review before deciding to retaliate. This garbage happens all the time in hockey and the Flyers (Gudas, ironically particularly) are some of the ones who perpetuate it. I'm not defending the hit but holy crap, if you're going to live by the sword you die by the sword.
Frankly, I've always admired the Flyers for their hard play even if it often pushes these boundaries. But its pretty ironic to see everyone now act so indignant.

Just thinking about eating either of them makes me queasy. They are the Passport scotch of the poptart world.

Morin's debut would make him the 2nd to last 1st rounder from 2013 to debut (Morgan Klimchuk - 28 - CGY)
he is such a bust |

This coming from a fan of the franchise that employed Scott "headhunter" Stevens.

Please. The Devils are a joke. Boring teams to sleep for years. Sure the wins are there, and congrats on that but how anyone could cheer for that crap product is beyond me. They dont do it to the same extreme, but they are still a heavy D-first club that suffocates any fun out of the game.
Screw them, and I hope they get moved to QC.
I know guys hate the Rangers, but the Devils I will always despise the most. |

It's hockey and it is violent. Gudas has miscalculated a few times. However, he makes a lot of hits during a year that are hard and clean. Prout's hit was all about hurting a player and exacting revenge. No need for it. If he challenged Gudas to a fight I am sure he would have obliged. |

The Prout hit wasn't part of any hockey play at all. It was like he didn't know where to go on the ice, so he just ran Gudas.
It was WWE bullpoop. |
