Being afraid to play verse resting 2 guys who nursed injuries bulk of year and your stud rookie whose led your team in ice time makes sense. Reward some your guys with nhl games who were good soldiers all year. See what you have in vecchione play him 1c. Let Brennan get a home game Saturday for his family (he's from moorestown).

the Phantoms play Saturday so I wouldn't call up Brennan to play Saturday. they are still in a fight to make playoffs. I have no issue calling up guys as long as it doesn't conflict with the phantoms games. What would be more tragic phantoms missing the playoffs or provorov going down with a serious injury after being a workhorse an undoubted top defenseman ? Again idc who. You can play LaMarche. Bring up friedman. Doesn't matter. Like I said I'd put luby in and play vecchione 1c. Let g start his off season.

Would like to see him and Morin in the lineup tonight. Three reasons to bring up and play Morin:

1. Even if he's feeling better, why take a risk with Gudas. Just shut him down for the season and play it safe.

2. I've had enough of Nick Schultz

3. Game could get nasty, might as well have your scariest player in the lineup

Seriously you can't be afraid to play a player. so if the Flyers are in a physical playoff series you are sitting Provorov so he doesn't get hurt? I don't get the mindset of being afraid to play. I'm sure Provorov would be excited to be told he can't play out of fear of being beaten up

A veteran dman on his way out doesn't "deserve" to play in games after the team has been eliminated from playoff contention when they can be used to get experience for prospects.

It's not a playoff series. It's 3 meaningless exhibition games after he's played more minutes and games in a season than he ever has. Your too hung up on the risk of injury as being one of my factors as also seeing what we have elsewhere and giving young guys shots in top 4 and top 6 roles. Like saying let vecchione run 1c for g.

And furthermore, you absolutely call up your 6'7, 227 monster if you think the game is going to get ugly. I guarantee you, Morin will be more than happy to drop em if anyone takes a run at any Flyer. He's been doing it all year in LHV.
