Kind of my point. Mick Vukota got his nuts beat in more often than not I still loved the guy none the less. I see a lot of improvement in Mayfield the last season he's a young defenseman they (frank) up sometimes it comes with the territory. His (frank) ups have gotten far fewer and less glaring. Some may disagree with me on here that's fine but to me he has been one of the more strong defenseman on this team. His skating, outlet passes, pretty much everything has improved. Will it last? Who the (frank) knows but he has improved and that's more than I can certainly say for Pelech who has been am abortion for a long time now without even mentioning the rest of our terrible defense. Bailey is to Spartarti as Mayfield is to me

One of the few guys who Domi could never beat. Domi handled Baumgartner very well & he was bigger but Mick always had Tie's number.
I told this story before & Vukota (the poster) remembered it, back in like 91/92 Domi got beat bad by Vukota in a Coliseum fight & in between periods Domi was the guest & Trautwig asked him who won that fight & Domi winked & said with a chuckle "ME".
Well then you definitely should love Mayfield, he plays like he doesn't give a (frank).

I haven't even checked but I have to assume this stupid (frank)ing team is giving him ice time like he is Hamonic of two seasons ago. Always a fan but he is more often than not the worst defenseman on the ice and far too often the worst player on the ice for both teams
