I at least get that

I am very worried about patrick though. Wheat Kings were eliminated last night and apparently he didnt play in the series at all, he was injured. That makes me super nervous that this guy might have some injury issues.

I sort of want to lose the lottery but at least pick 2 or 3. I am really liking Tippett the more I read about him. World class explosive speed and just a wicked release of a shot.

They compare his skill sets to Kessell, but you know not husky

He had abdominal surgery and probably rushed back since it was his draft eligible year, knees or back worry me more at a young age.

Every one seems to have an issue except Tippett, Patrick with injuries and is about a year older than the other top prospects, Vilardis skating might be an issue, Liljegren has done nothing this year.

Hischier looks like the best offensive weapon out there, but I think Patrick is the safer pick.

If I found the correct article, he was out with an Upper Body injury. Unless news comes out that he is having surgery bc of it....then its a non issue. But he has a lot of injuries over his career. Its not enough for him to drop in stock but it does make me nervous as a fan.

I agree. Hischier is a high risk high reward pick at 1-2 but the talent is there.
Thats why I like Tippett more and more. He has such a good year, goal scoring, primary point. One of the Avs analytic guys put up a chart showing how goal pace in the OHL during a draft year. Its the 8th best in league history. Guys like Seguin, Tavares, Stamkos are on that list. That gets me excited

Out of Dmen, if they are all still on the board, who would you take first of Liljegren, Makar or Valimaki? I'm stunned by the lack of love Valimaki is getting on draft ranking lists.

What's the problem? He's 6'2", skates well is is on a PPG pace.

I like Valimaki the most. Im not a fan of Liljegren, what he has done this year has been pretty much garbage. Every big stage he has been on he has been terrible.

If he is around in the 10-15 range, sure take him. But I wouldnt want to take him in the Top 10 based on his year

Who says no? Barrie for Tyler Johnson? Esp if you are moving Dutch for a D man

Sven Mack Rants
Landy Johnson 1rd Rounder
Nieto Jost Compher
Comeau Soder Colbourne

Johnson - Zads
Shatty - Faulk/Fowler
Beauch - Rookie (Lindholm/Bigras)

I would hope for Drouin however its not the worst idea out there. I think Tampa tried to move Johnson for Shattenkrik if he would have signed an extension. So maybe avs and tampa could be trade partners this offseason.
