Thank you Carol.
Does anyone know what Markstrom was doing during the skills competition to get injured enough that he needs surgery?

Anybody else think that Steve Mason might be worth signing. He looked fairly decent in the 4 or 5 games I watched him this season, plus he is used to playing on crappie teams coming from Flyers and CBJ when they were bad. |

I think those are all the players that JB has signed from college or junior.

You already have Markstrom signed at 3.6 mil why would you want another contract at that value for Sh1tty goaltending. Chad Johnson would be cheaper and Bachman would be even cheaper. Sorry Don next year for me is about draft picks not about losing 50 close games. |

1. He is Ryan Millers backup.
2. He is not an alpha male.
3. He plays for Vancouver.
4. He is Swedish.

Next year there are a few vet Dmen like Tyutin Russell Franson that you can sign for one year and trade at TDL |

Yeah, about a month ago when I suggested going with Markstrom/Bachman I got shot down pretty heavily on here.
That goes without saying though as we change our opinions like we change our underwear, about once a week. |

Oh (frank). I've had torn ACL tear in both knees. Fixed the right one. Just gave up after the left blew out. He's done. |

@Reubinkincade
people get shot down for no reason whatsoever, let alone making any kind of proposal... if bet if you proposed Boeser playing in the top 6 next year and eventually being a candidate for an A, some people would be inclined to shoot you down for that too.. |

It is the Walmart greeter doing the complaining of 10 posters.
I side with Don in most things but not this . One year of Bachman is fine. |

Jamie Oleksiak would be one I wouldn't mind taking a look at. Cheap, might be good for depth as far as D-men.
Kulikov needs a change of scenery, and might be a good pickup if you can get him on a cheap deal.
Michael Stone another one.
I would LOVE to have the Canucks sign Oshie, but I don't think that is in the cards. |

What are the Canucks going to do with all those guys when they come back healthy next year? Full rebuild or another year of the same?

I'm only on board getting another goalie if we shed markstroms upcoming contract first, I really don't know what they are thinking.
What are these guys being fed? Don't the road staff prepare their meals and stuff? Honestly somebody better be fired because there have been a lot of players out sick and not injured which I find unbelievable. I would hope the management takes a long, hard look at the medical/training staff because they really dropped the ball this year.
Onus is on the players to be adults, and make sure what they are putting in their bodies won't effect their playing. But its crazy that the medical staff let it get so out of hand. The players weren't labelling their own water bottles before? nasty stuff |

most are around 20 years old, and are perfectly fine going to Utica. |
