I'm not sure but I know Barkov missed last night's game with a UBI (I think concussion) so I would imagine it was a result of Emelin. Not surprising, guy is trash.

Yea, but besides the Orpik incident which was bad, Thornton has always had a rep as AN honest tough guy & he would never turtle or back down if he was challenged.

If the Rangers play Montreal in Rd 1 which is very likely we better be ready for a lot of bullsh!t from those guys, Emelin, Gallagher, now Ott & others. Crazy but that is why Glass has to dress, at least in the first 2 games in Montreal IMO.
