What Doug Weight said is exactly what I've said Snow has been doing for years. He would lure bush league journeymen to come here by promising top line minutes. This is why for years we scratched our heads, and asked how is Conacher, Kennedy, Bernier, or even a Brian Strait playing on a regular shift. Its because they phucking make these promises and nothing else matters.

the kid will sign with the Rangers and he should. Look at Vesey.. he is playing every game this year just about.. you think if he signed on Isles, Chicago, etc. He would get that kind of play? Totally agree KR, Just his shot on the PP would give it a different dynamic and the opponents PK would have to key on it and it would free up the other 4 players on the PP. Sit his ass for the rest of the game if he sucks 5v5, but if he helped our PP get 1 more goal every 2 games we would be in a hell of a lot better shape than we are today as far as making the POs.

These are the type of mistakes a GM cannot make. The Pulock and Cappy type decisions. Every GM makes bad draft picks or bad trades, but when you mess something up as simple as calling up Pulock that is something different.

I'm not rooting for them to suck. I just expect .500 hockey for the last 7 games and them to finish with 89 or 90 points in 10th (maybe 11th).

I got news for you......with the additions of Ho Sang and next year Barzal, Strome lost his spot. Ho Sang in the few games he's played has shown more dynamic offensive skill than Strome, who's supposed to be an offensive talent.

Strome is a center.. Ho-sang a wing. Ho-sang should and will be on JT's wing. Bailey will be gone.. so might Brock.

I'll happily sign up for dialing back the offense for a better defensive system. Isles cannot continue to play this system.
