He's in the public eye everyone is watching every move he is making he's trying to be a role model to the kids if that kid tells his parents why should I wear helmet when the president doesn't etc

I still don't understand the usage of per 60 minutes as a barometer to be used all around.

There should be a better usage of measurement, such as average ice time per game of top 6 forwards, or among those within a minute or two of the average time of ice a player plays per game, but I understand that makes it more complex to figure.
