All the things they do well on the road, they don't at home. You're not going to advanced through the playoffs if you can't win home games. Also their special teams has regressed. You can win with a sub par power play. You can't when you're penalty kill stinks. right now it stinks.
- tomburton99

This is not doom and gloom, this is an honest assessment. Better get a few home wins in at the end of the season.

Just read a story from Bissonette that Avery one time wanted to put peanut butter on his stick so that he could put it on his glove and rub it on Tom Poti's face since Poti had a serious peanut allergy

Probably the most concerning thing for me going into the playoffs.

Anyone wish we got B Boyle? As everyone knows I strongly advocated for it while many were opposed to it.

Would have been okay with it as a depth trade. Not sure what Tor gave up for him but in light of the PK woes might have been worth the price.

Rangers have about 4 thousand players right now, and Oscar Lindberg is actually one of the few playing well, and he wouldn't be playing if they got Boyle

So do I, that's no fn joke, you can go into anaphylactic shock & die in minutes, bee stings & shell fish can have that effect on people too w those allergies. That being said, sounds like a tall tale to me. I do remember a piece on Poti once where he had a whole host of food allergies & had to eat separate from the rest of the team & have all these privately specially prepared meals.

Toronto gave up a 2017 Second Round pick and Byron Froese, a B level prospect.

I would have been fine with it as well (as I think he plays his best hockey in the playoffs), but Lindberg is playing pretty well right now. It definitely would have created a bit of a logjam at the forward position.

I wouldn't put it past Avery to do this

probably in the 2009 first round when they faced each other in playoffs, that was a nasty round

that's when Torts got into fight with fans behind the glass in Washington, that whole thing

That sucks.
My boss is allergic to walnuts and coconut, and I once ran 12 miles during a trail race with a guy allergic to Brazil nuts. How bizarre.

Yea, me & my brother were at Game 6, the game where Brashear suckered Betts.

I never knew it was as serious as it was, until I was like 16 & ate Chinese food (which I had had many times) & within a minute felt weird & really quickly poop started going wrong, couldn't breathe right & my chest started beating like I did an 8 ball & got these hives all over my arms & chest. All within 5 mins, went right to ER & they said I was having a anaphylactic allergic reaction & if I hadn't gotten to the ER could have died in another 15 minutes. They shot me up w all this crap & within a hour I was fine, so scary though.

Turned out after investigation they made all our parties dishes together likely without washing the utensils & my Mom had had peanut sesame chicken. She felt bad for a while she almost killed her son.

And then they sign Brashaer in the offseason after that. I remeber the fan base and myself being furious about that.
Then Betts went to Philly if I recall so they never had that moment where they two had to be in the same locker room.. regardless I bet a few Rangers werent happpy with that.
