We will get dumbed down lineups of the Pens and Jackets. They should be able to get at least 2 of 4

Also, the only wins we can get are against teams that are 10+ points below us in the standings? And can't get points from Florida who are almost 10 points back from us?
And not even a point against Wash/Jackets/Pens? 7-2-1 and beat the Jackets 5-2 in that span. I know we are Leaf fans and are trained to expect the worse but have some (frank)ing faith.

panthers play the night before they play us.

pens and caps play the rangers on the 2nd half of back-to-backs after us. might save their starter for the 2nd night.

c-bus plays the night before. might get their sieve backup.

so, some of those games may be winnable.

Yep. Like I've been saying.

It would take a bad collapse to not make it.

Just gotta take it one game at a time.

We control our own destiny - it's up to us.

Focus on doing the little things right.

I'm hoping for more, going to be tough. Every game is a must win coming out of the room. Good chance of some stick squeezing going on.

Ouch, I was wrong about the Leafs. They look like the prototypical one off lightning in a bottle playoff team. Smoke and mirrors.

Not sure if Disco will be the Sabres coach next year, but he absolutely, without a doubt, goes without saying, owns Babs.

Ahahahahaha, Wipeout!

I don't know about that, but reality is that there s still a fair chance we don't make the playoffs. Without Andersen, I think it becomes a coin flip, or worse.

Our upcoming schedule is ugly and this feels very much like a 14th overall pick about to happen.

They needed to pick Laine.

As near as I can tell, they didn't even consider it.

I have confidence in them. They have been lights out the past 10 games. What the Bruins Lighting and to a lesser extend the Islanders have to do to catch them is really asking a lot. If the Leafs are mediocre. The Bruins have to be pretty near perfect. If the Leafs are good. There is no chance they can catch them.

Also. Rask is injured for the Bruins. There's really no excuse to not make it. Andersen or not

I'm going by the history of disappointment that the team has offered its fans on many occasions after getting Toronto fans hopes up... i think a lot of people are getting ahead of themselves in the fanbase.

Andersen against florida would be a problem I believe because he was pulled due to injury of the head or shoulder... not sure which it is when I wrote my prediction, but if he's playing less than 100% its going to cause a loss of confidence throughout the team and that can lead to slumps... like before...

that's true, but if the goalchie is injured, playing injured, or hesitant for some reason, it can only be bad.

There is no excuse

I'm not saying they are in I'm saying that they have played themselves into a really good position...and that they don't have any excuses to make of they don't.
