I have a gas line and a Napoleon BBQ also, what's the problem with a cover? - Symba007
Apparently you are better off without one. I think it has something to do with moisture being able to escape so it doesn't rot. I am guessing it is true because we have never used one and the BBQ is not rotting (except the underpan, which is pretty much unavoidable after that long, and easily fixed or replaced.)

Canucks are certainly scrounging for redemption prospects these days (to some success).
Granlund, Bartschi, Goldobin, Boucher, Cramarossa etc. - AdamFrench
those three look like NHL players for sure... Bear and Granola are definately showing a lot of skill and hugely improved over when they were acquired for a 2nd rounder and Shinkaruk (who looks done)

William Nylander lost half of his front tooth after getting accidentally high-sticked by Martin Marincin.
Remember way back when to the time Polak got 2 games for a hit from behind...
Guess who's getting nothing for this???
- markmark
biggest problems with Polak's hit was that he used both his hands / arms to crush Bjorkstrand's head into the boards. Was a bad play by Bjorkstrand, but I don't think the suspension was unfair.
I agree that DOPS is very inconsistent (Crosby spear on O'Rielly for example).

Hells yes.
Never worry about propane again. - Atomic Wedgie
Especially in winter, when you just want to run outside and throw something on the grill and run back in. Who wants to be dealing with tanks in the winter (besides fans of bad NHL teams I mean)?

Not sure if it makes a difference but I've seen a few over the years that are solid covers along the top but are mesh along the back where the BBQ is open. This no-cover thing was news to me too.

Getting a gas line put in was the best decision ever. Our Napoleon is 12 years old now, was expensive as hell, even for a small BBQ, but is still in great shape.

I was in a doctor's office about 10 years ago, and there was an article in a magazine called Cottage Life (or some poop similar) that basically said that you should never clean your grill after you use it - the grease will protect it.
The time to clean your grill is when you fire it up again.
I'm lazy as frank, so I just accepted it as fact, and never, ever bothered to look at additional sources to see if it was true or not.

really? wrong?
one loss and ppl are freaking out about ppl who support other teams and aren't toronto fanboys posting here...
asking for bans and throwing out labels and name calling, etc.. etc...
two losses and a couple of wins for their pursuers and people in here will be hitting the sauce going after anything that moves... - kaptaan
You live in a weird fantasy land
I think the thought of the leafs making the playoffs has you nervous. You'll be more excited if they don't make it than leafs fans being excited if they do

And make sure you put it on IMMEDIATELY after you're done cooking. It will look like it's melting but it's actually just developing a performance fit. - markmark

I'm even lazier, I don't even clean when I fire it back up.

Natral gas would get trapped if there everwas a leak and the cover also traps moisture eventually ruing the burners.
Propane pools so if there ever was a leak it falls out the bottom.
