The Sedin's can still be very productive, but should be doing it as the second line. Giving them all the L1 and PP1 minutes is foolish. If Vancouver is smart next season they'll begin to prepare for life after the Sedin's. They need to transition.

I must say, Andersen has made significant progress since the first third of the season.

His positionning is better, he looks way more relaxed and doesn't move all over the place when making quick lateral movements.

His improvement has helped Toronto about as much as the young forwards producing.

Hard to say because they saw first hand what the fallout looked like with Mats and how that may have impacted his legacy.

Mats is still a Leafs legend, but I think A LOT of Leafs fans who understood the situation and what it meant for the team's future at the time would hold him in much higher regard today. I know I would.
