You can't tell me this team wouldn't have been 5-7 points better at the very least, which would put them right in the mix for a playoff spot.

The next two games will be an interesting indicator when the atmosphere when the buildup isn't quite the same.

They didn't change their philosophy because one guy is going to miss 3 games.

I don't know if this is systematic or the team coming out incredibly motivated to play. As I said earlier, I'm not sure this team can maintain this style over a lengthy period of time, with or without Ristolainen. There's no question this defense has been more active than it has for most, if not all of the season, though. They've been incredibly aggressive. The question is whether Ristolainen's suspension had anything to do with that.
