Are we really defending Crosby on this play? Because this sort of thing happens all the time and it was a fluke he destroyed Methot's finger? I don't know man. I remember when a certain D man from Toronto took one of those lame follow through high sticks to the eye and it ruined his career. But, it happens, so no call.
