What would we have to give and what bad contracts could we absorb to bring Doughty to Toronto. Would the Kings even consider it?
- Ralphb1967

You would need to trade Nylander and take Gaborik. And still probably add.

Did you tell Ken you loved him?

Call him the next day?

Not text him, call him?

Did you take him to brunch the following weekend so he could meet all your friends?

Doughty is still the best dman in the league overall I'd say even if he's had a couple small rough patches this year. I don't think LA would be looking to trade him so you'd have to offer LA something completely ridiculous for them to even consider it. Something that would cripple the Leafs.

I didn't want to be the first one to say ILY. I wanted to text him or call, but I didn't know what to say and was scared I would say something stupid. I don't know if brunch is such a good idea. What if one of my ho-bag friends tries to steal him. I hate feeling this way Wedgie, but I can't help it. I've really fallen hard this time.

(frank). How nice is it to see talented rookies make their mark and start to set records?

Wendel was a very good player and it's a shame health failed him, but it's nice to see really elite players making marks on the Leafs history. Modernizing them.

(frank)ing terrible. When Rand and Colleen had scenes together, the acting was so (frank)ing bad. I am the furthest thing from somebody who claims to know good acting, or great movies...aka, a critic. But that was the slowest and brutally acted series. They should have have focused on making a PUnisher instead of that.

I know you were hurt by G I Joe, Aethsie.

After that magic weekend in the mountains in his Adventure Camper, you felt you had found true love.

I know it hurt.

But you have to open up your heart again to love.

I have such fond memories of the kung-fu grip, but Ken showed me that the size of the hands and anatomical correctness is not what really makes a good lover. It has only been hours, but I miss him.

Halak is a lucky POS, puck kept trickling under him but never over the line in OT and the shootout

Laine pulling a Matthews once again. The only time his name has been mentioned tonight was when the play by play guys said "we haven't said his name all night".

That's most games no? He will probably pot one on the PP or something but I've watched a ton of Winnipeg games and he certainly doesn't drive play.

This may sound Max level crazy but I think I might not have him in my top 3 rookies this year. Matthews, Werenski, Marner, Laine.

That's not to say he isn't a super talented kid but it's a really strong rookie class this year and those guys drive the play more and in two cases, play a much more difficult position.

I was told by an expert that only Matthews does this.

He's pretty much a pure finisher at 18. If people get him the puck he's going to score but he doesn't really do much of the dirty work himself. That's an area I'm sure he will be working on as he gains more experience.
