I think he is like 11 months younger than patrick, so that is also something to keep in mind come draft day. Almost have to compare patricks numbers last season to vilardis this year.

Around where Van would be drafting probably won't be a lot of D as good as forwards. He said something about playmaking center. I've read Elias Pettersson has the best vision in this draft by far.

After watching that first game vs London, Vilardi moved up my ranking a spot or 2. See how well he does today.

Vilardi only played 49 games this year but had 61 points.

Im not a huge hutton fan or a hater. I dont like the idea of trading young Dmen unless you can replace them with young Dmen and I mean overall depth not just for next season.

Would prefer Edler to go and let Tryamkin, Hutton and OJ/free agent stop gap.. Run with it for next season.

I think the asking price will be very high this off season. Teams like buffalo, nj, avs etc are starving for help on D.

I would wait another year to bring up OJ. Stecher, Tryamkin, Hutton all young. Guds isn't very old. Almost need some older journeymen on the back end.

its to bad hes spent so much time on the wing. would be nice if he was centering a line so you could get a better feel for he runs a line.

What I would do with Guds is offer him 5 year 4 mil and stay pat . If he doesn't sign he could receive an offer sheet and if it is more than 5.4 you get back a first second and third.

With a weaker free agent class and a weaker draft class the prices will be insane.
