I do not hate everything Canucks. If I did, i would not watch the games, follow the prospects and post in here.

I simply have/had some divergent views concerning the state and direction of this franchise.

To most of us it just sounds like a lot of whining.

I know. He could have done 61 or some other version. Anyway. It's just another glimpse into his make up. Why I go with this kid is a serious player not a laugher.

Listening to Team 1040 with Price nattering on about BB.
His head is up his ass talking stats. The guy is a dummy.
Doesn't mention anything pertinent to the reality of BB's season at UND.
BB lost both his linemates. He is on a very young team. He takes FO's.
Just a few things that a quality sportscaster would mention if he did his job.

Personally speaking i don't find negative stuff amusing nor funny. Gets stale tbh.
Adding emojis doesn't change that fact either. No probs if ppl wish to speak genuinely on anything thats truth though.
Eg WD & his strange line deployments in key situations. Namely the PP

- Nighthawk

That was an option or he could have just chose 6

Would've liked Boeser to have #88 (BB),or 22 or 33, none of that will happen this year though. Maybe he wrestles Tryamkin for that number in the off-season.
Happy to have him, good luck Brock and welcome to Vancouver.

Big fan of his number choice, I like when players pick something that isn't quite traditional to their position, like when Lecavalier wore number 4 or Vasilevskiy wearing 88

Anyways I didn't back read so I am not sure if this was posted, but I originally thought it was silly for the Canucks to burn a year of his ELC but saw this which makes more sense and think this move strengthens their relationship:

My 1st hockey jersey number was 16. Thats what they gave me. When
I had the choice i take 4 in every sport. Bobby Orr was my hero.

My first jersey was #1 for tyke hockey. My dad went to the parent meeting to pick up jerseys and knew I wanted Bure's #10 but it was already taken, so he went with #1

Perhaps, but it's all subjective.
Some like me 'whine', other's like you play lip-service to management without applying any critical thought or individual opinion.

That's the beauty of an open, anonymous message board.

The kid has morals & has been making similar comments for at least a year. Good for him & for us fans that the young man is of high standard.

None.

That is why the NHL were able to get it approved quickly

There is no beauty. You can put lipstick on a pig it is still a pig and you are a whiner that comes in here and craps on the team daily. Dress it up any way you want you are a whiner.

That's a pretty negative thing to be saying, rather judgmental of other people's perspectives don't you think?

This player reminds me of the current #2 ranked player in this year's draft.

FIght fire with fire. Calling out ppl is not judgmental but it is a condemnation of their poor perspectives & attitudes. I ridicule the unfounded nonsense.

I don't believe I have to dress anything up.
My 'whining' over the course of this season consisted of arguing that this was a bottom 5 team. Low and behold, here we are....

If having an understanding of reality in this board is to be associated with 'whining', then I'm guilty as charged.

Maybe so but bottom 14 or 5 is all the same other than lotto odds.
I had them 16-22nd overall. Man I was wrong 😂😂

You do know they started tanking about a month ago. They do have better options of roster lineup but are trying different things?

They could have kept Hansen and Burrows and dress Ericksson Gaunce if they were hell bent about being competitive.

They deserve to be criticized, they've made some poor decisions. Not everything they do is great, in fact, very little they've done is great. They finished third last last year and likely bottom five this year, what's good about that when you're proclaiming, and signing high priced ufa's, you're trying to make the playoffs?

Hopefully Boeser turns into a bright spot for them, when I watched him live he was definitely talented.

Definitely

As much as I didn't want to rush the kid into the league after his injuries this year, I think there must have been a verbal agreement in place so that the kid could get the money he wanted for his family while fulfilling their wish of getting another year of school done

That sounds like some unfounded nonsense to me.....

To label someone's opinion or perspective as poor is by definition being judgemental as someone's perspective is a personal belief that should never be judged. Now if they engage in misinformation or mistruths then call them out for it. I'd hate to say that is hypocritical of me to be judgemental of your hypocrisy but there it is. By definition if I say that I'm not going to judge you and then write this post then i would be being a hypocrite, right? Good thing I'm not saying those things then isn't it....at least for my reputation.
