So if the guys turns toward the hit it is a clean hit, but he turns last second and because Polak is strong as a bear, he is suspended?

Werenski should get 1-2 from that game.
Fehr is already getting the remainder of the season but he could have had 3-4 from it.

Really sucks for Fehr, guy gets called up and plays a good solid, edgy game, then breaks his hand

He was only brought in to be eligible for the expansion draft. He's basically a $2 million pylon centre that will be attractive to an expansion team.

In the rookie scoring race, the Leafs currently have six guys in the top twenty.

2, 3, 4, 10 (3rd in D), 12, 19.

Statistically speaking, it may be the greatest collection of rookies of all time w.r.t. the scoring race.

Personally, I think Matthews deserves it most what with the way he's played and the production he's posted. Second, I think Werenski. He's playing top pairing minutes on a possible president trophy team with 47 points and a plus 20, which is very impressive considering the jump from amateur to pro is more difficult as a defenseman than as a forward (personal opinion). Third Laine/Murray
