As much as I know anything can happen in a short series, even #1 vs #8.......I can't imagine anyone saying......"we want Chicago in the first round, we'll show 'em"

The team tonite sucked offensively - but defensively not awful - allowed only 40 SAT 5x5 (plus another 5 in OT).

Crawford had to be very good on the PKs and (especially) the last minute plus of the OT (and the SO) - he was pretty well protected 5x5.

Last game - TOs, 3 deflected shots and one 1 on 0 (after a TO) got past him - I can't blame him for much of that.

from a fan standpoint i agree with you...

but as we all know inf the playoffs the cup contenders win games when they don't PLAY WELL...

hawks are the poster child for during their runs...they have that ability this year to get the big stops and big goals...

sure the 40 plus SOG's need to stop...

Yep...agree completely. CC was hung out to dry. Canuck quality scoring chances just about matched their total shots.
