I just have three questions after the game tonight:

1) how many years ahead in the rebuild are the Sabres?
2) why didn't the Leafs take Laine? I mean Matthews obviously a bust scoring only one goal tonight.
3) what do the Kings have to include with Doughty for them to get Nylander?

They are 45 years behind the Leafs rebuild.

We should have at least considered Laine

I seriously am not sure I do that trade... not suggesting the players' current values are equal, but I don't know if that is the right timing for the Leafs? How old is Doughty now?
