It's funny how we like to celebrate Gordie Howe for dishing out cheap and dirty punishment but when Crosby does it he's a scumbag. Crosby has had to eat poop night in and night out since he joined the league. Guys line up to take their shots at him and he's never had any protection or anyone to fight his battles for him. I don't really mind when he hands a little bit of that back. It's not like he's running around head hunting out there. Taking a spear to the nuts is a rough ride but it's never ended anyone's career.
