Grabs is the right guy to give up a breakaway to. I think MSG was cursed when someone came up with the dopey worlds most famous arena. - ses111
Yeah I don't know who thought that up, I'm guessing just because of the history, even though its been moved/rebuilt like 2-3 times.
I was reading a book about the history of NY awhile ago and the original MSG was built in like 1870's sometime.
On a hockey note, Ho Sang looked good. Made a couple rookie mistakes but reminds me of an unpolished Zuke, with more speed. |

I forget who it was but they said "lucky Leddy was on the ice." Leddy might be one of the fastest skaters in the league.
Wouldn't have mattered anyway, Grabs would have hit the post or missed wide. MSG is cursed this year. - mdw7413
Leddy is easily one of the top 5 best all-around skaters in this league. There are very few guys that I'd put ahead of him. |

Bailey actually laid some of the hardest checks of the night. Nelson fanning or missing golden chances was unacceptable for a pro hockey player. - Spartiarti
You are out of your friggin mind.. sorry. Bailey hasn't laid a hard check in his life. |

Impressive that leddy caught him - Upstate_isles
Agreed, but I was listening to the radio broadcast while watching it in a bar. Panger even said it before hand.. ."Isles have a golden opportunity here with this PP. Try to keep the puck on the other end of the ice and really just don't let Grabner behind the defense... How THe (frank) does it happen? Hamonic should have been at the red line. This is just pure stupidity. |

I always hated that saying. I get it's NY and all, but the Rangers and Knicks do not have the championships to back it up.
Ho Sang has looked real good. Would like to see him with JT.

If Ho-Sang never gets more then 61 points in a season I will be disappointed - Vukota
He might. Like I said he plays like Zuke. I don't see how you see that as an insult, both small guys, with excellent vision who want the puck. Zuke is more seasoned so plays away from the puck much better, also has a bit more grit. Ho Sang is obviously much faster and is just starting his career.
Now go get your (frank)ing shinebox. |

Never said it was an insult. I just expect more from him down the road. Zucc obviously is more seasoned and is a very nice player but by the time Ho- Sang is 29 I would expect him to far surpass 60 points in a season |

They are nothing a like.. nothing.. Frodo Zucc is 5' 7" at best. Ho-Sang is 6 feet tall. I don't see anything in their games that are similar... anything |

You also said the Islanders are were on the way up and the Rangers were on the way down at the beginning of the season, so no offense if I disagree with you completely. |

That's because he is a product of Gropp - Vukota
Damn right.
How cool would it be if both those guys made the big club plus the two commie goalies at the same time. |
