Let me add a little more perspective:

My GPS watch always gives me rough "calories burned" estimates when I run.

If I run a marathon (42.195 km), it burns roughly 3,200 - 3.400 calories.

If I go to McDonalds and order an "average meal":
- Mighty Angus burger
- Large fries
- Large chocolate milkshake
- McFlurry dessert - Cadbury Creme Egg - regular size

That's 3,120 calories.

That's why North America is fat.

Well that's a ridiculous meal lol... I eat decently and cook almost every night but I'll admit that staring calorie counts in the face on a menu has kept me from ordering things. I like it.

Once dipped in Marinara sauce... they're amazing.

I'm not gonna lie, I traveled to pizza huts website to take a look at that concoction and contemplated giving pizza hut another try after like 10 years pizza hut free.

that's good advice, Gluckster.

In other words, don't do 20 minutes on the treadmill while drinking a litre of Gatorade (you don't need Gatorade until you hit about the 1.5-2 hour mark), and then reward yourself with 3 donuts.

- Atomic Wedgie

Gatorade's primary use case for non-athletes should only be hangover recovery

Marner will be the next Datsyuk, Mathews> Mcdavid and then Marner > Matthews even tho everyones main arugument that Matthews is better then laine is matthews plays with two rookies and a center is has more value and harder to play then wing..

Went to jack astors- they have calories on the menu now.

A side salad has more calories than a side of fries.

THAT is why America is fat.
