For the guy who got the response back form MSG about the pricing of his season tickets and their opponent tiering approach. Maybe he should ask them if they are going to refund ticket holders to games where certain guys are hurt and not playing. It is becoming a major issue now. Hockey players are NOT whiny basketball players, BUT if MSG is going to charge you to see star payers, does that premium still exist when a star player isnt playing?

Very valid question. While the NHL is indeed headlined by major stars in various cities the Team Name is still the important draw for most games. Will this continue??? who knows but if NHL and their players end up acting the way the NBS does then Ill be perfectly content to watch from home.

You can't compare regular season an playoffs, it's a completely different animal. I know it's a long time ago but the Rangers and devils went 7 games in 94, rangers were 6-0 vs them in the reg season.
