I usually watch him blow past everyone into the offensive zone and give the puck away or pass behind a team mate. He has amazing physical skills and zero hockey IQ.

Kovy was a franchise forward. This guy is a decent 1st line option.

If I was the Buffalo player next time on the ice I would lift him 5' in the air with my stick in his scrotum

Yeah I hate him but he is unequivocally the best player on earth.

Well your teams problem has nothing to do with offense this year. I get JT should have a legitimate winger, but its the D and goaltending that blows for you guys right now.

I'm all for making the defense better, but it's not so easily accomplished. Free agent crop is garbage, teams don't trade top defenders unless it's for a huge haul, there is really no talk of any good defenders being available...maybe Fowler, but he doesn't do much for me, and there are going to be some options out there for improving the forwards.
