Yeah, I feel that. I can't tell you how many absolute morons I'd deal with on a daily basis when I was a tech for Telus. So many repeat customers and so many repeat questions whose answers can be found with just a modicum effort and a 10 second Google search. Peoples' unwillingness to invest the menial effort it takes to understand basic concepts about cellphones and computers astounds me.
