Makes the time slow but the ride spotted up.

Less woodpile these days for me though.... I'm now sole custodian of my 3yo son...

The woodpile has become even more special.

good on you, that comes with the times, I was a very straight laced in my mid 20s, no drinking no smoking, I was dedicated to my Daughter and then her mother and grandbiatch took her away. Jokes on them, neither of them are invited to the birth of the 2nd grandchild the real kicker is my kid is buying me a business class ticket to Australia with her grandmother's money I love it, karma is a mean female dog.

I love that ad....it feeds the sheep to believe they are different.......

Which they are not.....because... it's illegal for hormones and steroid injected beef to be sold in Canada.

Advertising is all about making people feel... different. Better about something.

- Pres.cup

much like macdonalds..... "100% pure beef" burgers is actually only a brand name of burger they use....Not an actual fact on content of the burger

3 for regulation win
2 for OT win & 1 for a loss
2 for a SO win none for a loss

- Nighthawk

this sounds like the Roger Neilson point plan... which I would agree with btw...

Morning boys....I'm starting to think a 4-5-6 finish, after the lottery, may be a blessing in disguise for Benning, it'll force him to look at guys outside of the top two or three.

The more I read about the prospects the more I think the four to six position may hold a bit of a sleeper kid that Benning and other GM's won't take at the very top.

What them win the lottery

I just don't like a SO deciding games & encourage it to be won playing it out. Loser point is bad enough but splitting up 3 points in OT makes teams win in regulation if more important in a PO push. SO win gives no loser point so teams don't coast in OT if risking a point is costly.

That fits my thoughts on taking say Mittelstadt but like u said earlier it does effect picks in rounds 2-7. There seems to be a decent amount of high talent up to the 12-15 pick range. Depending on if JB makes wants to really shake it up & deal a top D or a package for a key piece or more picks then picking in the 4-6 range options/combos come into play stocking our prospect pool. Either way Utica will get some good talent depth to groom for us. Some good players could fall to the early 2nd round also.

I like the idea of detouring the shootout but you'll never have teams agree to not get anything from losing a shootout

Get rid of the shootout ...continuous 3 on 3 OT ...there's no way it goes 15-20 minutes ...and if so it would be incredible

3-5 hole for me, close enough. Makar or Middlestadt.

So you preach tanking and getting the best pic or player possible ...but now you want to not win the lotto and get a lesser player

That's not how your leafs did it

(Not meant for you but in general)

I think people complain about everything. We see maybe 5 shootouts a year of the 82 games?

I don't want to spend money on a game and not see a winner. I also don't want to wait 2 more hours to see a decision .

No....I said I want a "better" player that may be a sleeper in this years draft. They still need to tank and finish low....tanking is for the cool kids

I think 1-10 is all interchangeable this year so I don't care where we finish. I would be happy with Foote at #9
